Why Bouwinvest chose CERRIX
Besides offering an integrated GRC platform set-up, it was CERRIX’s vision for Bouwinvest, supporting them in their transformation towards a more data-driven Risk Management organization.

Our Approach

Several success factors were critical in the quick and comprehensive CERRIX implementation at Bouwinvest B.V. At the beginning of the project an in-depth project planning was made. Part of the planning was determining the scope of the project. When the scope was clear, the planning was used as a reference to decide what actions should be performed to achieve the implementation objectives. The project was split up in different phases, so the main Risk Management and Compliance processes were implemented at the go-live. Other subsequent processes of Risk Management and Compliance were scheduled for phase two of the project. In combination to multiple contact moments each week, the application went live in 3 months from the start of the project.

Accomplishments using CERRIX

As a result of the quick and broad CERRIX implementation, the professionalization of Bouwinvest B.V. Risk Management made a head start: In three months data quality was improved with conventions and standardized data. And after the implementation, an integrated work method could be introduced in which Risk and Compliance are working together in the same tool with one standardized work method. As a result, a single point of truth was created.   The current situation provides the foundation for Bouwinvest to include the business in Risk Management. This is one of Bouwinvest’s objectives for the near future.
